Corpus Christi College (full name: "The College of Corpus Christi and the Blessed Virgin Mary", often shortened to "Corpus") is a constituent college of the University of Cambridge. From the late 14th century to the early 19th century it was also commonly known as St Benet's College.

The MCR, a shorthand for “Middle Combination Room”, consists of all postgraduate students of Corpus Christi College, Cambridge. Corpus is the sixth-oldest college in Cambridge and has about 250 undergraduates and 200 postgraduates.
Corpus is one of the oldest and one of the smallest colleges in the city. Known for its excellence in food and warm hospitality, Corpus offers guests and visitors the opportunity to enjoy Old Court, the oldest enclosed court in Cambridge dating back to the 14th century and the magnificent 19th-century Dining Hall.

Corpus dates from 1352, making us the 6th oldest college in Cambridge. We were founded by the townspeople (rather than by a wealthy individual patron, like other Oxbridge colleges) and have embraced that democratic spirit ever since.
