What are the eligibility requirements for applying to the Harvard Law School J.D. program? Three types of students may consider applying to the HLS J.D. Program: (1) regular J.D. applicants, (2) Junior Deferral Program applicants (JDP), and (3) transfer applicants.
The Harvard Law School Graduate Program requires a score of at least 100 on the Internet-based test (IBT), with at least 25 in each of the four subsections. We will accept scores from the TOEFL iBT ® Home Edition, but reserve the right to condition admission on an in-person test.
