In June 2007, Ishbel Whittaker brought Sajani Shakya to the USA for the World Premier of Living Goddess at the Silverdocs film festival in Maryland. While in Washington DC there she visited an elementary school and answered questions on what it was like to be a goddess, and had a tour of the White House.
