About Us. Our school is named after St. Joseph, husband of Mary, patron of the universal church and principal patron of Canada. Approximately 300 students in Grades 9 and 10 formed the student body when St. Joseph opened in 1995, with Grade 11 and 12 programs added in subsequent years.

Staff and students experience authentic Christian community through involvement in Teacher Guardian Group. Staff members are creative leaders who implement innovative instructional and assessment techniques, are familiar with the latest curricula and uphold high academic expectations for students.
Current St. Joseph High School students in grades 7-11 who live within the St. Elizabeth Ann Seton and the St. Patrick boundaries will be provided with a one-time option to remain at the school. Students choosing this option will remain designated to attend St. Joseph High School and eligible for transportation, subject to meeting OSTA criteria.

Joe Seamans received his initial training as a still photographer in high school. In college he studied with Minor White for two years. His work in photography remains active and is now integrated with his cinematic work to create projections for theater. Seamans is by trade a documentary filmmaker working primarily for the Public
