Ng See-yuen (Chinese: 吳思遠; born 6 June 1944) is a Hong Kong film producer, director, screenwriter and businessman. He has been active in the Hong Kong film industry since 1970, particularly in action films.
Some of his work includes Drunken Master, The Grandmaster, No Retreat, No Surrender, Twin Dragons, Snake in the Eagle's Shadow, Once Upon a Time in China II, Once Upon a Time in China III, and Game of Death II.
