HISTORY. 1900. A new school is designed by the Scottish architects Gordon & Gunton for the Royal Masonic School for Boys to move into from their former home in Wood Green. 1903. The foundation stone is laid by the third son of Queen Victoria, Prince Arthur, the Duke of Connaught. 1939.

These charities amalgamated in 1852 and established a boys' school at Wood Green in North London in 1857. The foundation stone for a new school in Bushey was laid by the Duke of Connaught and Strathearn. It was designed by Gordon & Gunton and completed in 1903.
