Worst private bus/coach service in any country i've ever been. Avoid at all costs, take the train or another coach service or you will regret missing your events or flights. 1) Waited 1 hour in Heathrow for a direct bus to the next stop. Driver didn't want to sell tickets and said it was full when it was clearly empty.
Coaches were clean but online booking A NIGHTMARE!!! Coaches were clean, comfy, warm & the drivers were really smooth drivers both outbound & return journeys. The wifi code didnt work though & on return journey couples were sitting in a double seat each so they got lots of room & nowhere for anyone else to sit!!
Apr 14, 2023 · Depends if you like leather seats or not. Personally, I find the deeper pile moquette on the Megabus Plaxton Panoramas more comfortable, although the leg room is a bit better on National Express Levantes. HST43257 said: and I don’t know much about Flixbus.

Bad experience with National Express at Heathrow airport after arriving on a 13 hour long flight and plus waiting 2 hours for the coach to Birmingham , however at the coach bay were told that they over committed on the number of luggage and not able to put the rest of us who were still at the coach bay queue onto the coach as ...

I recommend National Express. I have used National Express a number of times now, once for travelling within the UK and many times for going to the airport to catch a flight. Staff is always friendly, drivers always drive safely, the coaches are always on time and are always clean.
