Jan 25, 2010 · Dealfind Refunds - how do I actually get one? *EDIT - dealfind responded today via e-mail and to their credit they responded within 24 hours. I still think they should provide clear instructions on how to refund, since purchasing (of course) goes incredbly smoothly. Apparently you e-mail [email protected]
Dealfind's refund policy is only 30 days. On the other hand I have had excellent experiences with groupon. I've never been let down and groupon has refunded me twice when things didn't work out.
