I still think they should provide clear instructions on how to refund, since purchasing (of course) goes incredbly smoothly. Apparently you e-mail [email protected]
Dealfind's refund policy is only 30 days. On the other hand I have had excellent experiences with groupon. I've never been let down and groupon has refunded me twice when things didn't work out.

Jun 16, 2011 · President of Dealfind.com, Gary Lipovetsky, says they have a 30 day refund policy, no questions asked. Beyond that, they will still do refunds depending on the circumstances.
