Wagner is a caring and innovative high school that strives to prepare all students for post-secondary studies, the world of work, community living and other creative pursuits through cross-curricular programming in: academics; the arts; athletics; international languages; student leadership; career and technology related studies
W. P. Wagner School has lived a double life since opening in 1969. It began as a trade school and changed to a school of science and technology in 1991. Today the school boasts eight computer labs, ten science labs, two gyms and a greenhouse.
W.P. Wagner is an Edmonton Public high school located in Southeast Edmonton with a student population of about 1500. Its primary focus is science and technology. The school is named after William Phillip Wagner, a former Superintendent of Edmonton Public Schools .

Find important dates and deadlines andlearn more about pre-enrolment,which opens between February 1 and March 22 each year.
