Broughshane (/ b r ə ˈ ʃ eɪ n / brə-SHAYN, formerly spelt Brughshane, from Irish Bruach Sheáin ⓘ) is a large village in County Antrim, Northern Ireland. It is 3.5 miles (5.6 km) northeast of Ballymena and 13.8 miles (22.2 km) north of Antrim, on the A42 road.
