It's a great school, especially for medicine. The Pittsburgh area has a lot of stuff to do (what I've heard from my parents who went to Pitt). I've heard the food is good in the city. Pitt students have a lot of school spirit around their sports teams so it sounds fun.

6 days ago · The University of Pittsburgh is a very good school that offers a lot of things that some schools don’t. If you are planning on doing pre-health, it is the PERFECT school because it is surrounded by a huge hospital that is so involved with the school.
The university is composed of seventeen undergraduate and graduate schools and colleges at its urban Pittsburgh campus, home to the university's central administration and around 28,000 undergraduate and graduate students.
