   I purchased an item (rabbit cage) from Viking Direct that they sourced from another supplier. The item arrived on time but was very low quality and broke almost immediately. Viking Direct were very efficient at processing a return for me and I was refunded the whole purchase price very quickly.

   Unfortunately, I ordered something from them where they do not show their delivery actually takes months. now they claim that cancelling the order and refunding take also about a month. Wow. Is this website just a complete scam or did you actually ordered and got the goods? I searched my inbox.
