Justin Portal Welby GCVO (born 6 January 1956) is a British Anglican bishop who, since 2013, has been the 105th archbishop of Canterbury in the Church of England. Welby was previously the vicar of Southam in Warwickshire, [2] and later served as Dean of Liverpool and Bishop of Durham. [3]
