Sign in to your Best Buy Canada account. On your account dashboard, go to the Order History tile and choose “Your orders”. Once the page opens, find the order you are looking for, and click on "See Details" to see its current status.

You’ll find your tracking number in your shipping notification email or your order details on BestBuy.ca. The delivery date that was communicated to me has passed and I haven’t received my package yet.
