If the complaint relates directly to Aberystwyth University, they should engage directly with the Aberystwyth University link academic or the Academic Partnerships Office, Aberystwyth University [aqsstaff@aber.ac.uk] in the first instance.
Submitting a Complaint. Every effort should be made in the first instance to resolve a complaint directly with the University department (s) concerned. This is referred to as a ‘Stage 1 Resolution’ in the Public Complaints Procedure.
In the instance of a complaint involving a Partner Institution, students may obtain advice from the Academic Partnerships Office, aqsstaff@aber.ac.uk, who can signpost to the relevant complaints procedure at Aberystwyth University and/or the Partner Institution.

The Undeb Aber Advice Service is independent from the University and provides a free, confidential and impartial service to all Aberystwyth University students. The Advice Service can assist you in a range of ways, including: Explain the Complaints Procedure to you and guide you through its various stages;
