May 18, 2018 · Deadpool 2 is a solid sequel, though it largely follows the same motions as its predecessor. It is very much more of what you liked about the first one. For something that felt as bold and daring within the restraints of studio movies as the first Deadpool, this causes Deadpool 2 to feel more like the cold, calculated corporate machine it's satirizing.
