Quebecor Inc. is a Canadian diversified media and telecommunications company serving Québec based in Montreal. It was spelled Quebecor in both English and French until May 2012, when shareholders voted to add the acute accent, Québecor, in French only. The company was founded in 1965 by Pierre Péladeau and remains run by his family.

Quebecor posted an excellent performance in the first quarter of 2024, growing its revenues by 22.2%, its adjusted EBITDA by 26.4% and its adjusted cash flows from operations by 21.1%. The financial leverage generated by the Freedom acquisition is also reflected in the 19.9% increase in adjusted income from continuing operations.
