Nov 14, 2012 · If I find a board that does as much as a DM-4800 and is as reliable, I would consider it. If not, I would find another DM. The DM is a workhorse and to me, has the workflow I want.

Jun 12, 2017 · I'd test the Tascam with OSX, I think it will work on win 10 64bit since my older tascam works with Win 10 64 bit. Microsoft says Win 10 will be the last version of Windows, it's OSX that may stop working.

Feb 3, 2013 · DM4800+X48+RA1000. Jan 25, 2023. #1. I am sorry to say I am giving up on my DM. I have loved this board since I took it out of the box. Used mainly as an interface/control surface for pro tools. I have upgraded my Mac to an M2 silicone.
Jan 10, 2018 · #1. Hey guys, Picked up my 4800 last Thurday and very happy with this fabulous machine! Still working out the immense load of features and possibilities. For sure I will check back here often for advise and tips. But one thing is wrong with this console and already I need some council on this.
