The following benefits are offered to eligible Manitoba Hydro employees but may vary depending on location of work, union jurisdiction, operation requirements and individual circumstances. Vacation Accrue up to 15 paid vacation days per year after the first year.
Summer employment. We offer more than 200 summer employment opportunities in the energy industry to university and college students (with limited opportunities for high school students). We typically hire students who are enrolled in academic programs that support our operational needs. Preference is given to students who live in Manitoba.

Eligible candidates may achieve certification as a power electrician on completion of this 4-year training program. Job locations are throughout Manitoba.
