The tests conducted on the network revealed download speeds of 4.70Mb per second and 10.79Mb per second for their 3G and 4G networks respectively. Upload speeds reached just 6.56Mb per second for both networks. (3G and 4G)
Freedom Mobile is officially the WORST in Canada among customer service providers. From the agents to the management team, rudeness and a lack of professionalism is the order of the day. They demonstrate a total lack of reasonableness and understanding of customers' need. Not recommending this company.
