I skipped Spiral on my watch through of the series since I had heard mostly bad things about it. I liked it way more than I thought I would! It was also just great seeing Chris Rock and Samuel L. Jackson in a Saw-adjacent film. I can see why people wouldn't be huge fans of it, though.
