Lost and Found. YVR's Lost and Found is located at U.S. Departures Level 3, across from check-in counter 280, beside the Nursery. It is open from 09:00 to 17:00 daily. Please click HERE to submit a lost and found form for items lost within the airport terminals only.
If you've lost a ticket issued by Air Canada, please contact Air Canada Reservations. If your ticket was not issued by Air Canada, contact the ticket issuer, your travel agent or the ticket-issuing airline.
If you lost an item today and retrieving it is an emergency (for example, medication), please call our Customer Service Centre. Found an item? If you have found an item, please return it to any bus driver, Heartwood House , our Customer Service Centres or an OC Transpo Special Constable.
If you've lost something on the TTC, there's a good chance we have it. Every year, TTC staff and riders find hundreds of items on our vehicles and properties. We record each item into a database so we can do a quick search when you contact us.
Please contact the ETS Lost and Found office using the online form (preferred) or call 780-496-1622. Lost property is kept at the Lost and Found office in the Edmonton Service Centre for 30 days.
