We are traveling though Prince George and ate at Carmel Restaurant three times in three days. The prime rib buffet on Saturday night was amazing and really enjoyed the Sunday brunch buffet too. Food is fresh, seasoned well, and tasty. Tonight had a burger and delicious clam chowder.
