Jun 9, 2024 · Remove from oven. In a small bowl, combine remaining melted butter, sugar, cinnamon and oats. Smother apples with 1/4 of the sugar/oat mixture. Return to oven and bake 15 minutes more. Remove from oven and top each with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and – if you have it or something similar – drizzle a few tablespoons of Caramel sauce and serve!
