So I’m trying to make a custom vhs tape but for some reason it’s showing up black and white. Does anyone know how to fix this? My vcr also only has yellow and white ports.

1 day ago · You can't get miracles out of 25-year-old VHS/DV material, but I would bet you could make it 20-25% better, make the whites white, the blacks black, and pop some reasonable chroma back into the scene.
Jun 24, 2024 · With scenes in Kansas being black-and-white and the Oz scenes in Technicolor, you really felt like you were transported to somewhere else during the movie. Plus, seeing monkeys on string flying through the sky just makes better sense on VHS tape.
