Rainbow Drive-In is a Hawaiian icon - the original restaurant opened in 1961 and they're known for classic Hawaiian comfort foods and a variety of plate lunches. All their plate lunches come with rice and macaroni salad so I made a Hawaiian style mac salad to get the full experience
