I have just become the happy owner of dm3200. everything seems to be working normally, I'm still getting to know this equipment. however, during the comp 2 test, the " error sdram err mops " is displayed, attached in the photo. 3 days ago · From the ATEM software, chose "Clear Startup state" from the file menu. This resets the operational parameters of the switcher to OOTB, but will doubtfully do anything for the USB connection. Your issue is likely a bad cable, privacy settings, or bad drivers in Windows.
