There are workarounds for this issue in the steam launcher, however, they will not apply to the game pass version as the download files from the Microsoft Store and Xbox app are encrypted. Hello, I have recently purchased the game on demand version of Fallout 3 which is supposed to support English language but I got the game in French. Also I don't see any option to change the game language from the game menu either so I suppose it has only French content. My account region is Belgium and I am also connecting from Belgium.

With missing files through steam you should run the game integrity check. Find the game in your list. For this example I'm using Fallout 4, but the process is exactly the same on all Steam games. Right click and select Properties. Click Verify Integrity of game files. Steam will check your install and if files are missing it will re-download them.
