  10. 97 Elizabeth Avenue. Home to the First Light Childcare Centre, this location hosts an infant, preschool and afterschool program for children ages newborn to twelve years of age. Following an emergent curriculum, the centre provides regulated full time care to 35 children, Monday to Friday.
