She advice vendor to register with reputable agent so you don't get cheated if they subscribe you to promotion program you don't want. Apr 30, 2020 · Happened to me a few times. and one day decided to visit that restaurant, when I reached there, the shop seems closed. So it's probably foodpanda automatically cancelling your order when the restaurant doesn't accepts it or something. Most probably restaurant kolos but owner forget to change status in Panda app.

And I usually order from the shops within the same famous street with lots of restaurent in Puchong.I had never encounter any major issues.. Yes.. sometime I found some restaurant had higher failures.. and they will admit and send notification after 2 hours and refund automatically without needing ...
Jan 29, 2024 · Apparently, FoodPanda no longer processes refunds.If you prepaid your order and they are 1 hour, 2 hours, or 4 hours late.All you can do is just rant to their CS, like talking to a mindless chatbot with no resolution offered.Because you already prepaid, there is nothing you can do, just suck it up to what ever best effort service they can shite.
Sep 7, 2021 · If the order is not listed under Past Orders, tap the 'Upcoming Orders' tab and choose 'Another Order'. Fill in the necessary details including ss/photos (if need be) etc. Tap send. CS will get back to you in 24 hrs. Remember to check 'My support requests' under 'Help center' for their reply to you.
Apr 12, 2021 · One shop got discount ignore discount and ignore the delivery fees it shows per cup 8.90 x 3 = 26.70 but it shows 29.95 without discount as total. Then shop gives discount it shows 23 then deduct panda discount rm7 it shows 21.xx. They also since early March reduce distance you can order by few km.
