  1. Sep 17, 2024 · It's like a Clip Art Tom Hanks. I hope this movie is good, because the graphic novel this is based on sounds really cool, but Robert Zemeckis hasn't made a good movie in like forever.

  2. Jun 26, 2024 · Directed by Robert Zemeckis, screenplay by Eric Roth & Zemeckis and told much in the style of the acclaimed graphic novel by Richard McGuire on which it is based, Tom Hanks and Robin Wright star in a tale of love, loss, laughter and life, all of which happen right Here.

  3. Jun 26, 2024 · The concept is unique, but mostly it comes down to Zemeckis not making anything worth a damn in a long time and just having to have this dumb tech gimmick. A production of this with various actors portraying characters at different stages would be interesting, but the way it's being done just comes off like another techno jackoff from Z-man

Being in the UK, you could be parking your car in a car park that was a damn battleground a thousand years ago. Also Back to the Future is just an incredible movie - I can't rule out Zemeckis, even after all this time.

  8. Jun 18, 2020 · Full filmography If I had to choose, I think Who Framed Roger Rabbit is perfect. Beautifully directed and shot. Bob Hoskins is fucking fantastic in it. Even to this day, the visual effects and the blending of 2d animations with live action are unmatched. Cast Away is my #2. He has some...

  9. Jul 9, 2024 · Not yet officially greenlighted by the studio, according to our sources, the film is described as a two-hander horror thriller set on an island, falling somewhere between Rob Reiner's Stephen King adaptation Misery and Robert Zemeckis' classic Castaway.
