If you have "My Account" set up with CRA online, you can change your address from your account: sign in your account. on the right-hand-side menu under "Related services": click on "Change my address and phone number". If you don't have "My account" set up, you can call CRA at 1800-959-8281. I hope this was helpful.

Oct 7, 2020 · Using the CRA transfer service does not mean you don’t have to create a SC account. It was the same thing for CRA. I used the bank login for a couple years. I tried to create a username and password and I had to create “A whole new” CRA account. All my old info was still there once I was done, but I did have to “create a new account”.

Mar 21, 2024 · Moderator. @17761 If you have a "CRA My Account" login or a "My Service Canada Account" (MSCA) , you can check if the slips are there. You can also use the Auto-Fill function in TurboTax to automatically import your tax slips if you have a "CRA My Account" login. if the slips are not there, visit Service Canada or call 1-800-277-9914.
