Jun 3, 2024 · Hi I got an email from Xfinity.com saying there was an issue with my payment and my account has been suspended. The person who pays the bill had made a payment 2 days prior. I finally was able to outsmart the system and talk to a human being on the phone.

If you check out this page here you can see where you can view the current status of your email address/Xfinity ID. If the status is showing Inactive status: "You haven’t used your Comcast email account in the past 12 months.

I created an account recently and I’m able to use the Wi-Fi but I can’t actually log into my account. I signed up with my email and got the confirmation that my account was created but when I try to sign in it acts as if I never created an account.
