Nov 28, 2020 · I chose W&M over UVA for a few reasons. Number one was my long term SO was applying early decision to W&M so I did too (5 years and going strong!). But I also chose W&M because of the culture. There’s a very strong “geek” culture here (D&D, video games, etc) that was very attractive to me.

Jan 7, 2022 · It's only a 1-2.5hr drive from major cities like Virginia Beach, Richmond, and DC. IME as an undergrad, the professors are passionate about their fields and honestly invested in helping you - I've talked to a few WM law students who gave me the impression the law school is similar.
