Last week CJRO reported that Trish Edmunds of WSP, one of the world’s largest engineering firms, has applied to the Ontario Ministry of Environment Conservation and Parks, on behalf of WSP’s client, Taggart Miller, to accept City of Ottawa’s residential garbage, if Taggart Miller’s proposed mega-landfill becomes a reality.
