Peter Aalbæk Jensen (born 8 April 1956 in Osted) is a Danish film producer who in 1992 with director Lars von Trier founded the Danish film company Zentropa and later its huge studio complex Filmbyen.

Aalbæk is the co-founder and former CEO of Zentropa. Aalbæk Jensen made his feature film debut as a producer with 'Europa' (1991), which marked the beginning of his lifelong collaboration with Lars von Trier. In 1992 they founded the production company Zentropa.
