Glass is a progressive rock trio from the Pacific Northwest. The group consists of Greg Sherman (born 1954) on keyboards, vibes and Mellotron, his brother Jeff Sherman (b. 1952) on bass guitar, guitar, bass pedals and keyboards, and their childhood friend Jerry Cook (b. 1953) on drums and percussion .

glass beach is a band based out of the Seattle, Washington area. Their first album, “the first glass beach album” was released independently in 2019 and rereleased on Run For Cover records the following year. Their second album, “plastic death” will release on January 19th, 2024.
"Glass Band" is the first collaborative release from Steve Gunn, Bill Nace and John Truscinski. It was mastered by Carl Saff and pressed to 160g black vinyl by Smashed Plastic in Chicago along with 7" black vinyl by Third Man Pressing in Detroit.
As a new band (that already sounds so much like another band), my personal Opinion is that Glass Beads would be better off without that gimmick. Free-er, less pigeon-holes into that image. Allowed to be human and more relatable to a wider audience.
