May 22, 2021 · Pretty average drummer in the 90s. Jason got lucky with his audition, when he was made a full member. He took well over a decade to improve, and still isn't (and will probably never be) as good as Boris Williams was even in his earliest years with the band in the mid-80s.
In 1994 Boris Williams decided to move on, and in early 1995 Jason Cooper took up residency behind the drum kit, with Roger O'Donnell rejoining once more on keyboards.
