A native of New York, Private First Class Charles E. Bush, Jr. was killed on 19 December 2003 in a vehicle accident near the town of Balad, Iraq. Bush enlisted in the Army as a Food Service Specialist in 1990 and completed Basic Combat Training and Advanced Individual Training at Fort Lee, Virginia.
