As a carnivore, La Fabrique was a good place to bring your herbivore friends and everybody is happy. Food preparation was the strongest point with amazing flavors and good presentation at this price point. Wine list was good, if not relatively expensive. Service was friendly, but pace was slow.

Face au carré St-Louis, entre le Quartier Latin et Le Plateau, La Fabrique vous en met plein les sens. Tout d’abord en 2008, avec sa cuisine centrale et complétement ouverte à la vue des convives, le chef copropriétaire Jean Baptiste Marchand a su charmer avec sa cuisine soucieuse du détail.
