Howard Storm (born October 26, 1946) is an American Christian minister, writer, and painter. He is a former professor and chairman of the art department at Northern Kentucky University. In 2000, he authored My Descent Into Death, which chronicles his near-death experience.

From 1972 to 1992 he was a professor of Art and head of the department of art at Northern Kentucky University. His degrees are a BFA from the San Francisco Art Institute, an MA and an MFA from the University of California, Berkeley, and MDiv from the United Theological Seminary.
