Nils Ole Oftebro (born 1 December 1944) is a Norwegian actor and illustrator. He was born in Sarpsborg. He worked for Fjernsynsteatret from 1969 to 1971. From 1971 he was assigned to Nationaltheatret. He was artistical director at Torshovteatret from 1987 to 1989.

Nils Ole Oftebro var regissør for «Spelet om St. Hallvard» på Gilhus i Lier, og hadde dessuten en liten rolle i oppsetningen, som hadde premiere 13. august 2008. Siden 2012 har han hatt rollen som høvding i vikingmusikalen Herøyspelet.
