Charley Foy (June 12, 1898 – August 22, 1984), born Charles Richard Fitzgerald, was an American actor of both the vaudeville stage and film. Son of Eddie Foy Sr., he was one of the famous "The Seven Little Foys", the seven children of the senior Foy, who joined him on stage in vaudeville.

In later years, Foy told of an altercation over a girl with fellow actor Charles Chaplin (not the later film star), who was drunkenly taking pot-shots at Foy. The gunfire awakened Wyatt Earp , who disarmed the actor and sent both the players home to sleep it off.
