This is a no-nonsense gym, with enough machines and quite a lot of classes to suit your needs. BTW, their zumba and kickboxing instructors are fabulous!

Positive experience: Convenient location in an older mall, nice staff. Good equipment. Not sure if all of the free weigh patrons still expect their mothers to clean up for them, or can't read, or if the staff just don't care to clean up the floor, but all of the free weights are almost always in the wrong spots on the racks.
