Details. While fishing at a quiet lake, a man witnesses a murder. Although confronted by the killer he manages to escape. Afraid of the consequences of becoming involved he decides not to report what he saw. Instead the real murderer does go to the Police, claiming that he is the witness.
A young man witnesses the killing of a prostitute and, to avoid annoyances, does not report the fact. However, the killer saw him and takes advantage of it by accusing him of the crime.
