Ringmaster is a 1998 American comedy film starring Jerry Springer as a fictional version of himself named Jerry Farrelly, host of a show similar to his own called Jerry.
Jerry Springer's "Ringmaster" creates an understandable audience anticipation that the film will be largely about Springer and his controversial talk show. But Springer appears more as a byproduct. He stands to one side, looking morose and regretful, while human flotsam occupies his stage.
Ringmaster is a movie about a talk show host who tries to control his guests' antics backstage and on air. The film features a cast of comedians, actors and wrestlers, including Michael Jai White, John Capodice and Wendy Raquel Robinson.
