Released straight to DVD and marketed as real, forbidden, disturbing videos banned from TV, Ura Horror perfectly captures the essence of late 2000s YouTube horror. It's an anthology of Japanese horror videos, each about 5 minutes long.
The result is an anthology that is little more than crude ideas and basic premises, failing to be intriguing or scary. That's not really what you want from a horror film. The segments are pretty short and are presented as found footage, recovered from TV stations and private sellers.
