The following locations have been selected as off-leash dog areas in Winnipeg parks and public spaces. All sites are open 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. or as posted at the site. There is no lighting at these locations unless indicated.
Dog owners can let their pets socialize and exercise off-leash in a safe environment. Please remember to keep your dog on a leash when you are outside of the Off-leash Area. Other park users may not appreciate loose animals running up to them or may be afraid of dogs.
This ISN'T an official dog park, but some dog meetups & trainers (ie. flyball club) use this spot. If you have a dog to train, this outdoor arena is grass bottomed and once you close the arena gates is safe.

This is a wonderful dog park at a great location in Bonnycastle Park; south of the Fort Garry Hotel. The park features pet friendly turf, great design with hills and turns, available water for the dogs as well as a nice shaded seating.
