New Crime City is a 1994 American-Peruvian science fiction film directed by Jonathan Winfrey for New Horizons. Winfrey said the movie "is not a piece of junk, but it’s not a film a lot of people get to see, unfortunately. I really like it because we had such a fun time making it.”
There's just one catch: In exchange for his life and freedom, Ricks must retrieve a powerful biowarfare device from a gang inside the city's most dangerous prison. He has only 24 hours till redemption or death.
